CNC Setter / Operator (Milling / Training into Programming) £25,000 - £35,000 + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Days + Progression + Early Finish Fridays Workshop based, commutable from Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Swanage, Bridport, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Surrounding Areas. Are you a CNC Setter / Operator or Manual Machinist with experience in Milling looking to be heavily invested in through on the job training to develop your skill set and become a go to specialist with the option of Premium overtime to massively affect your earnings, all whilst having a great work life balance? On offer is an exciting opportunity where you can receive training in programming and on specific machinery, in a days-based role with uncapped premium overtime to massively affect your earnings and the potential to step into senior positions in the future. This company is a well-established business with over 4 decades experience working on the production of precision parts for the rail, automotive, defence and many other industries. They are a close knit group of technical experts and due to high demand for their work they are looking to take on skilled machinists as they continue to expand. On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Setter / Operator or Manual Machinist to continue technically developing to become a task expert working to manufacture precision parts for a variety of different industries all whilst continuing to have a great work life balance. This role would suit a skilled CNC Setter / Operator or Manual Machinist looking for the training to increase their technical skill set, whilst keeping a great work life balance and having the opportunity to massively affect their earnings through optional premium overtime.
