I'm working with a Welsh University that is looking for an Experienced Systems Development Officer to join their IT systems team.

The position consists of managing a team of software developers and business analysts who are responsible for creating and maintaining software applications and systems for the university. Your role will involve providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure that software projects are successfully completed in line with the university's goals and requirements.

Your main duties will include the following:

- Strategy & Planning

- Procurement & Development

- Operational & Management

Standout calendars will have experience in the sector, have worked with both ERP and student record systems, and knowledge of .NET programming.

This is a contract role Outside IR35 - With a hybrid requirement.
