Real Staffing are currently looking for a Technical Quality Group Manager to join one of our key pharmaceutical clients in Northern Ireland. This role will be instrumental in the development of the site validation strategy, and will support validation and quality functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop standards on validation and implement globally
• Manage Technical Quality team (all aspects of Validation program)
• Lead quality risk assessments to determine validation requirements
• Coordinate and execute validation activities onsite

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience working with QMS in pharmaceutical company
• Experience managing team
• Experience of pharmaceutical technologies and processes.
• Experience of Qualification / Validation
• Experience representing company with external clients and regulators
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
