System Process Analyst - PermanentSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + 15% Bonus
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Central London Office
Our London-based Insurance client is seeking a talented System Process Analyst to head up the development of new Technology Systems and Performance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in various technology processes, encompassing testing and projects.
* Proven experience in assessing and enhancing immature processes.
* Ability to create comprehensive process narratives and flows.
* A keen eye for identifying automation opportunities.
Additional Qualities:
* Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with diverse business owners.
* Proficiency in data and analytics is advantageous.
* Familiarity with critical technologies such as Azure, Tablo, Power BI, and SharePoint.
* ITIL certification is a bonus, but not mandatory.
* A background in finance is advantageous but not required.
