RF Test Manager

An opportunity has become available for an RF Test Manager to join a multinational satellite company based in London.

As an RF Test Manager you will have a number of responsibilities that include;

• Provide leadership to the engineering team (Test, Design and Mechanical Engineers)
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve core deliverables (including overseas offices)
• Act as a technical and managerial point of contact for the engineering team (i.e. providing technical support through the test and design phases)
• Support research and development of new products, including the definition of their architecture

• 10 years technical engineering experience in RF (ideally testing)
• Prior experience in a management or leadership position
• Background in RF/Systems/Satcoms/Antenna or a related field (highly regulated)
• Good knowledge of engineering product development life cycle
• Any project tracking experience is highly advantageous
