Job title: Principal Engineer - Civil Engineering

What you'll be doing:

• Undertaking building condition appraisal and infrastructure surveys
• Writing technical reports
• Attendance and support at facility design reviews
• Performing ground load and building assessments
• Performing and reviewing structural calculations

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience
• Background in Civil engineering

Desirable:

• Chartered engineer or working towards
• Knowledge or experience of performing structural calculations

The Site Specialist Engineering Team:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team of seven site specialists. This is a challenging and varied role which offers insight into significant civil engineering projects in development. Joining this team allows you to gain experience and exposure to some of the projects at the Barrow site whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
