Electrical Maintenance Engineer Continental Shift £42,000 + Shift + No Call Out + Overtime + Specialist Industrial Training + Company Pension + Medical Scheme + Holidays Location: Nairn Are you an Industrial Electrician with a range of experience looking to join an established manufacturer that can offer guaranteed job security, a modern work environment, and a fantastic work-life balance due to the hours on offer. Do you have an Industrial Electrician OR an Electrical Engineer background with a range of experience? Are you looking for a position with a rotational shift pattern and lots of overtime commissioning wind turbines? On offer is a position that operates on a Continental split between days and nights. This role has the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through plenty of overtime. You will receive lots of industry-specific and OEM training, a tiered progression structure in line with your skills development, and a salary that increases with your progression in skill level. In this role, employees typically earn 50k+ OTE depending on the hours worked. You will have a full range of technical and career development opportunities available to you as your skills progress. To be considered for this position you need to be fully flexible to work away from home on a 3:1 basis, have a skills background as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer and have varied fault-finding experience, and be fully physically fit. The Role:

• Continental split between days and nights
• Fitting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plant equipment.
• Supporting site operations where required
• £42,000 + No Call Out + Overtime + Specialist Industrial Training + Company Pension + Medical Scheme + Holidays

The Person:

• Qualified Industrial Electrician or Electrical Engineer
• Experience in a production/process environment e.g. FMCG, industrial, agricultural, or similar
• Capable of following H&S policies and procedures
