M&E Project Manager / Surveyor (Residential) £53,109.00 - £62,457.00 + 20% Pension + Sick Pay + Paid Holiday etc. Monday - Friday (Days / 37 hours per week) Victoria, London (hybrid working available) Are you a Project Manager from a M&E background? Due to an ever increasing workload my client who is a leading Public Sector Company is now looking M&E Project Manager from a Residential background to manage a mixture of Residential projects throughout Westminster. In this role you will be supporting the Client Programme Manager where you will be carrying out works from Strategic Definition through to Concept Design (RIBA Stages 0 - 2) and be actively involved in Scoping Projects of Work, Writing Scopes of Work, Writing Policies, Creating Client Briefs and more. This is a brilliant opportunity for a M&E Project Manager with experience working within the Residential sector who is also looking for an immediately available role where you take advantage of the brilliant benefits on offer and the fantastic working conditions, all whilst topping up your pension. The Role:

• Hybrid working available (2-3 days per week wfh / Office is in Victoria)
• Writing Scopes of Work (RIBA Stages 0 - 2) for Residential Projects
• M&E Project Manager

• M&E Project Manager / M&E Surveyor
• Experience in Residential sector / industry
