Desktop Support Analyst (Windows O365 InTune) London onsite

Do you have experience of supporting business users in a Windows environment?

You could be progressing your career and gaining valuable finance experience at a successful and growing FinTech that processed over £250 billion in business money transfers last year.

As a Desktop Support Analyst you'll join a busy team responsible for supporting c250 users up to C-Suite level, working with Windows products and providing 1st and 2nd line fixes on a wide range of corporate IT areas to ensure BAU. You'll also have project based work such as facilitating moves, adds and changes as well as new infrastructure installations across a range of systems including laptops, virtual and cloud infrastructure, video-conferencing and portable devices.

Location:

You'll join colleagues in the City office on a full-time basis, please note you will be required to work one in three Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week (usually Monday).

About you:

• You have strong IT Support experience within a Windows desktop environment
• You have a good technical knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 to 2016, MDM with InTune, VMWare
• You have advanced analysis and troubleshooting skills, able to solve a range of issues but aware of when to seek assistance
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ideally you will also be familiar with cloud technologies, automation, Linux, TCP/IP
