Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Commissioning Training) £30,000 - £35,000 + Full Bespoke Training + Progression (Project Engineer) + Overtime + Van & Expenses Paid + Benefits (Christmas shutdown, 28 days AL, Pension, Parking, Gym membership) Workshop based with some UK travel (Bath, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Midsomer Norton commutable) Are you a Graduate/Junior Mechanical or Mechatronics engineer looking for a progressive role within a bespoke and nationally respected manufacturing business where you will train alongside a team of highly skilled professionals to develop your skills and progress into project engineering/ management roles while becoming an expert in your field and benefiting from a generous benefits package with overtime, expenses and bonus. This company design, manufacture and install bespoke special purpose machinery for a range of commercial and industrial clients, they have a packed order book and forecast huge growth over the next 12 month - to keep up with this growth they have a requirement for a graduate engineer to join the design team. This is an exciting role for a Mechanical/Mechatronics graduate to join the specialist team, days will be varied but you will play a vital role with end to end design of bespoke machinery while supporting the wider team with the install and commissioning and of machinery on client sites. This role would suit a mechanical or mechatronics grad looking to take their first step into a highly desirable industry with huge training and progression opportunities. Due to the nature of the role candidates must be prepared to spend time travelling and staying away up to 1 week every month. The role: * Graduate Mechanical Design/ Mechatronics Engineer * Workshop & onsite hardware commissioning (FULL TRAINING) * Working on high value, bespoke machinery * Huge training and progression The candidate: * Background in Mechanical Design/Mechatronics * Commutable to Midsummer Norton and happy to travel
