Aftersales and Service Manager £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Advanced Training + Autonomy + Holiday + Pension Site based, Gloucester, Worcester, Hereford, Tewkesbury commutable Are you an aftersales, service or multi skilled engineer looking for a senior, autonomous role within a pioneering, blue chip engineering business where you head up the service team and benefit from advanced training to enhance your technical skills. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the manufacturing team of a bespoke, market leading company where you will be given the opportunity to shape the future of the business and grow alongside a highly skilled, friendly team. This company design and supply special purpose machinery to a range of high value industrial clients such as JLR, Rolls Royce and many other tier one manufacturers, due to exciting growth and the retirement of a long standing staff member they are looking to employ a forward thinking, commercially minded Aftersales and Service Manager to lead the service team. This is a fantastic role where you will head up the service team, you will be the point of contact to customers while upselling company supplies and supporting the service team with commissioning and maintenance schedules. This is a senior role best suited to commercially minded engineer with a strong electrical and mechanical background. This is a rare opportunity for a senior engineer to join an interesting and market leading business as they continue to thrive, applicants must have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering and be commercially minded and people focussed. The role:

• Aftersales and service manager
• Car allowance, phone, laptop

• Upselling service packages, spares and consumables

The candidate:

• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering background
• Commercially minded
• PLC experience beneficial
