Integration Developer (C#)Location: Remote across SAA well established medium sized company with enterprise management, media, accounting and business intelligence applications is looking to hire a passionate, skilled .NET developer with expertise on integration (APIs). Forming part of a young and dynamic team of technology enthusiasts, you will be offered an opportunity to learn new products and technologies, such as Dynamics 365 BC (in future).The candidate will be responsible for development of business and financial applications using a combination of SQL, C#, Entity Framework, Web API and other integration platforms.The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:At least 4 years' experience in SQL, C#A financial background or a background working and developing on financial systemsSolid working experience with building Web based C# applications, Web Services and RESTful APIsStrong background in System Integration via API, SDK, Web Services, Files or directIntegration with Financial Systems like Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SAP is highly advantagesWorking experience using Microsoft ExcelStrong background of skills in SQL Server database design, SQL query design and optimizationStrong experience with Entity Framework and LINQGood interpersonal and communication skills to effectively understand requirements, and explain uncertainties in a team environmentBe able to review peer codeWilling to do practical assignments and peer interviews up to 3 hours as part of the interview processExperience that would be advantageous for this role include:Familiarity with the advertising industryExperience with XML and JSONFamiliarity with GITFamiliarity with ODataFamiliarity with Fluent APIAutomated / Unit testing experience (xUnit, nUnit, Jasmine)System integrations (SDK, API, Web Services, RPC, File, Direct)Integration with Pastel Evolution, Quickbooks Online, Sage One, SAP, Navision, Xero, BC365Familiarity with AutoMapperFamiliarity with Unit Of Work PatternFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or other similar CI/CD platformsGood understanding of working with PostmanDuties include the following:Assist in developing new user-facing features / integrationsDevelop and maintain APIs to be used by the front-end teamDesign, build, maintain efficient, reusable and reliable codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationCollaborate with other team membersBe able to breakdown work into small deliverablesBe able to estimate time to complete work Get in touch by Monday 22nd May to be considered for this opportunity: Stacey Maritz (s . maritz @ nigelfrank .com)#dotnet #csharp #integrations #sql
