I am recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to join an international organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying purchase requests (PR) and managing business requirements Forms (BRF) to ensure compliance with procurement policies and the accuracy of information. Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify purchase requests (PR) and business requirements Forms (BRF) to ensure compliance with procurement policies and accuracy of information.Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders and follow up with them and suppliers to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.Responsible for MI and reporting on the status of open PRs and pending actions.Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of procurement requests.Participate in negotiations with suppliers to ensure the best value for money.Provide advice to stakeholders on procurement policies and procedures.Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement or related field.At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.Familiarity with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Information:
Although the main location for the project is in Barcelona, remote work is possible from anywhere in Spain.The successful candidate will work as Autónomo / Freelancer, although this is not required until they have offered the job.You have the opportunity of working up to 40 hours per week and earn between €10-€12 per hourThe initial contract length is until the end of the year.Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is a must
