Senior Data ScientistSurrey based - hybridOffering up to £70,000 About the role - We've partnered with one of the UK's leading manufacturing organisations who are a household name and well known across the country. They're currently at the beginning of building out their BI & Data practice and are now looking to implement a brand new advanced analytics team within the organisation as they look to become a data driven company.A new opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Data Scientist to join the team - this will be a highly technical role and the most senior within the team. We're therefore looking to speak with experienced candidates who have a passion for AI and data.Within the role you'll be taking a lead on the data-driven solutions; analysing and manipulating data, building algorithms, developing statistical learning models and highly complex predictive models. Skill-Set -We're looking to speak with candidates who have a good mix of the following experience:Previous experience in a data science role (essential)Strong experience with AI / Machine Learning techniques (eg. logic regression, clustering, data modelling)Strong statistical modelling experienceStrong coding experience (eg. R, Python, SQL)Experience creating data architecturesData visualisation experience (Tableau, Power BI etc.)Experience working with big data technologies Hybrid Working -With impressive offices based in Surrey, the team comes into the office between 1 - 3 days per week (depending on where you're based).
