A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles. WHAT TO EXPECT  Vehicle Dynamics develop and engineer component specifications that deliver experiences our customers love, for life. The successful candidate will be an AGILE advocate and practitioner and will take on the SCRUM MASTER role in the development team. Ideally they will have experience of being a SCRUM MASTER in a fast paced engineering environment.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Guides the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers Garners respect from the development team and be willing to take on tasks where necessary to get the job done Communicates across the team and is responsible for delivering on committed deadlines, and the first person to elevate issues to management where necessary Removes impediments to the team's ability to deliver on their commitments/sprint goal to improve efficiency Has a deep understanding of the team's products and maintains the backlog Facilitates getting the work done without setting the priority, assigning or distributing the work, or setting the estimate Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving Keeps close to the latest industry developments in Operations to ensure the team is always using best in class tools for managing Scrum teams Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time WHAT YOU NEED
Knowledge and experience  Essential: Experience with AGILE management tools (e.g. JIRA) AGILE advocate and SCRUM practitioner Demonstrable applied mathematics skill Knowledge of the fundamentals of iterative development and incremental delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred Desirable: Previous experience of leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a project team environment Strong project management experience Good working knowledge of Product Creation Delivery System (or similar process)
