£30,000-£35,000 + Progression + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits

This well-established company are currently going through a period of substantial growth specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of industrial equipment for industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Commercial Heating and many more. The client prides themselves on producing a quality and consistent product recently gaining contracts with a number of blue chip companies.

The day to day responsibility for this role will be to continuously improve all manufacturing processes across the site with an overall goal to maximise efficiency, reduce wastage and increase quality throughout. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team that plays a key role in assuring the production standards throughout the company are at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of fabrication/ assembly manufacturing and passionate about continuous improvements and wanting to progress.

The Role:

*Manufacturing Engineer/ Production Engineer / Process Engineer / Assembly Engineer

*Working with a team to resolve process issues and identify areas for improvement

*Implementing changes to improve productivity, quality and cost

*Ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met

The Person:

*Manufacturing Engineer/ Process Engineer / Production Engineer / Assembly Engineer

*Experience working in a Manufacturing environment

*Extensive knowledge of mechanical principals (qualifications ideally)

*Knowledge and experience implementing Lean Six Sigma but not essential and training will be provided
