Software Engineering Manager Location: Sèvres or Montpellier Salary: €120k DOE We have an exciting new opportunity with a leading developer of SOC FPGAs, based in the beautiful city of Paris looking for a Software Engineering Manager. They have massively grown since Covid from 20 to 70 members of staff and they're looking to continue. They have exciting projects getting underway so if you're looking for a long-term future within an exciting company, this is a great opportunity for you. This Software Engineering Manager position will give you full control of the software team and its growth. Although it requires a strong understanding of C++, algorithms and Data Structures, you will be in charge of recruiting, budgeting, setting out roadmaps, restructuring the team and delivering high-quality products. The potential is endless with this opportunity as you are joining a scale-up with big visions to have a significant impact on a multi-billion dollar market. Required skills:Strong technical background in C++Experience in managing a team of 10 minimumClear experience in running software teamsExperience with budgeting (salaries)A success rate of growing out teamsExperience in recruiting engineersBonus - Knowledge/working experience in the EDA industry*MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN FRANCE*
