Graduate Electrical Design Engineer (Renewables)

£25,000 - £29,000 + Training + qualifications contributions + Holidays (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays) + Pension

In this role you'll be supporting the planning and design of utility scale solar PV and battery storage units. This includes, the production of detailed drawing, schedules and CAD, creating specifications, equipment calculations, Grid connection studies and liaising with Distribution Network Operators during submission of applications. Gaining more responsibilities as you progress towards the Project Engineer role.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Mathematics who is very interested and motivated in the renewable industry. They will have experience working with CAD programmes, a strong aptitude to problem-solving and an inquisitive approach to new challenges.
