The Organisation

Blue Cross are one of the UK's leading animal welfare organisations for animals. We support sick, injured and homeless pets and care for more than 40,000 animals every year through our rehoming, veterinary and education programmes.

We are now looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Solutions Team on a full-time, six-month fixed term contract.

The Role

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible supporting the technical development and management of our CRM systems. 

Focusing on improving the accessibility, performance, and security of our CRM systems, you will analyse and assess our current processes to identify ways to develop and refine them. Using your knowledge of CRM products, you'll hold discussions with stakeholders and collaborate with CRM partners and colleagues to implement process changes and drive optimal outcomes.

Overseeing working groups, you'll provide guidance, champion change and drive continuous improvements to processes. You'll organise resources and ensure that project deliverables are achievable, reporting potential setbacks in timely manner.

Additionally, you will:

- Produce technical and user documentation
- Write up 'as is / to be' processes
- Ensure the project communication plan is adhered to
- Ensure the design specification in line with the project plan, scope, resourcing and finance processes
- Support the project manager with quality assurance

About You

To be considered as a CRM Business Analyst, you will need:

- Experience as a senior business analyst, working to time, resource and specification constraints
- Considerable experience of working in CRM implementations, with an interest in emerging Microsoft CRM technologies and best practice
- Experience of leadership and coaching indirect line reports
- An in-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- The ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels
- An aptitude for scheduling work streams and managing task loads
- To be comfortable with producing concise functional design documents (‘as-is/to-be') using non-technical language

Salary grade: 4.1

The closing date for this role is the 12th February 2023.
