Linux Engineer/Linux Systems Administrator

Location: Remote working (with one day per week on site in Bristol)

Duration: 6 Months

Start: ASAP

IR35 Status: Outside

We require a Linux Engineer/Linux Systems Administrator to join the Clients Service Migration & Migration team working within their infrastructure portfolio which relates to their new IT Digital Strategy

Their IT project under the digital strategy have approved the acceleration of the service migration programme to migrate legacy infrastructure to their new modern data centre to mitigate service risks that have been identified.

We require a Linux Engineer/Linux Systems Administrator with the following skills & experience:

Linux Server (Centos)

Configuration Management

Understanding of Core networking principles; L2/L3 routing, load balancing, firewalls, zero trust and IPV4 and IPV6

Experience of working in Agile project teams

Experience of mass Software deployment and configuration
