We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our team and have the opportunity to get involved in a range of exciting work within TR&SC including physical and cyber security change programmes, technology resilience and optimisation programmes and change programmes impacting our public and private cloud environments. We are currently looking for someone that is not scared of disrupting the status quo, and who will drive change and identify improvement opportunities whilst looking after 4-8 projects within technology security, resilience and change space.

To succeed in this role however, you should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities as a minimum:A proven track record of delivering technology change Programmes / large projects within complex organisations (up to approximately £10 million budget);Experience of working across multiple and diverse areas of the business to drive strategic outcomes.Track record of successfully delivering IT change with third parties;Strong stakeholder management and ability to delivery complex messages in a meaningful and impactful way to drive change.Demonstrable leadership experience of change delivery teams including direct or indirect line management responsibilities of both technical and non-technical skill sets;Project Management skills in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and the foresight to determine what works best where to drive success.
