Senior Managing Consultant- Building Services

Bristol- Hybrid working

£49,000-£55,000 + Bonus + Progression + Medical + Holidays + More

Are you an experienced consultant with a background in the building services and commercial HVAC sector?

This company provide energy management services to a large portfolio of clients helping to reduce operational costs, improve performance and portfolio sustainability by suggesting renewable solutions. In line with the Net 0 targets outlined by the government, they are looking to build their work force and as such are looking for a new Senior Managing Consultant to joint their team.

In this role you will manage your own work load which will involve carrying out site surveys and plant performance reviews as well as other general audits. Other responsibilities will include project management of an assigned portfolio and line management of up to 3 junior consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge about HVAC systems and experience in a consultancy based role with supervisory exposure. In order to be successful you will need several years of hands-on experience in the building services sector and previous experience as a consultant.

The Person:

*Previous experience as a consultant in the build services sector

*HVAC knowledge/hands on experience

*Management/supervisory experience

*Based near enough to Bristol to come to office twice a month
