Your roleIn the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.RequiredStrong expertise in Telecom - OSSMinimum 5 years of OSS Telecom Domain and Software development, Testing experience.Experience in Nokia Flowone (Order Hub, BST, Catalog, SLO, NEI) development and design required.Experience in BST/Catalog designer and development experience is required.Experience in NEI interface design and development is required.Experience in Order Hub flow design and development is required.Nokia-Comptel Instant-link/Flowone implementation experience with a core focus on design, development, and integration is required.Experience in Service Orchestration and Cloud Orchestration will be added advantage.Strong Communication skill in both verbal and written (Norwegian as well as English) PreferredExperience in Agile Development is preferred, specifically in the digital spaceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proven problem - solving approaches to most solutionsPositive attitude, collaborative team playerIntellectual curiosity and strong willingness to learnMajor ResponsibilitiesPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidate, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
