One of our clients is creating a fantastic number of opportunities working within their new Digital team- a large Swedish bank who are looking for an experienced individual within their digital team to be the driving force, working in in a high-performing, cross-functional team together with Software Engineers, Business Analysts and Product Owners.They are actively looking to interview excellent candidates with the relevant experiences listed below to begin work from their Stockholm office.You should have;A deep understanding of Agile methodologies with a few years or more of experience working with enterprise SaaS.Scrum Master certifications are advantageous.Experience with SAFe and education/certifications in the SAFe framework.Well-developed conflict resolution skills to be the force that holds the team together.Willingness to challenge the norm and deliver forward-thinking, creative solutions.Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership audiences.Experience using Jira/Confluence.
