Summary of Position: The ideal candidate is an experienced influencer manager who can foster strong authentic relationships and has a solid understanding of the health and fitness industry. This role will lead the development & execution of influencer strategy to improve the full marketing funnel. This includes recruiting and managing influencer partnerships across all influencer related programs. This role will be managing product per post campaigns, short term partners, long term partners, partners eligible for whitelisting and paid media initiatives. They will work cross-functionally with the marketing team, advertising team and other departments to achieve their goals. Responsibilities:Lead the development & execution of influencer strategy to improve the full marketing funnel-increasing brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversionIdentify, recruit and onboard new influencers and athletes who align with the brandManage contract negotiation with influencers/influencer managers with clarity on partnership expectationsDevelop and manage campaigns with influencers, athletes, and content creators on Instagram, TikTok and other platformsWork closely with the Marketing team to develop campaign-specific strategies for all Influencer related programsWork closely with the advertising team on all whitelisting and paid media initiativesWork individually with influencers and athletes on their content strategy and manage daily communicationCultivate and maintain a strong community and individual relationships with influencers and athletesManage content requests to be used across all marketing channelsDevelop and execute successful product for post campaigns to build brand awareness and recruit new members to the athlete programAnalyze, measure, and report on all influencer activities during and after all paid/unpaid engagements to evaluate value and optimize for future initiatives Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Marketing2+ years of Influencer Marketing experience1+ years of experience managing and executing performance-based marketing campaignsExperience with Grin or similar influencer marketing platformsPassion for building relationships and connecting with peopleStrong understanding of the industryStrong management and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to derive campaign insights and optimize performanceExperience with Google Analytics, and Excel; experience with attribution and measurement platforms a plus Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401kGym membership programFlexible ScheduleFree SupplementsWork with other health and fitness enthusiasts Schedule:Monday to Friday Work Location:Our headquarters are in Irvine, CA.
