As a SW Architecture Chapter Lead, you will be part of the On-Board Architecture Chapter. You'll be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of a team of SW architects and their allocation to agile product squads. You will make sure a coherent solution architecture is in place and support the team in case of critical technical delivery issues in your product group/domain. Day to day, you will be reviewing and advising on cross domain options & risks, guiding and facilitating tech decisions and bringing together a coherent vision for your group of products. As part of your role, you will be ensuring process, methods and tools are formalised, facilitating knowledge sharing and identifying career growth opportunities within your team. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in the development of the future of automotive and will be influential in the development of the Software platform and features for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles across the range.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the senior solution architect, you will have experience of system requirement analysis. You will have experience with UML or SysML for systems of software design. You will have the ability to communicate technical design concepts to business and technical stakeholders. You will hold a Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
