An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, with an interest in Construction, looking to progress their career through to Quantity Surveyor with a growing housebuilder who have lots of exciting new developments starting in the coming months.

This growing residential housebuilder specialise in new build properties in the Doncaster. They are currently going through a growth period and have some developments starting in the coming months. Due to this growth they are looking for someone with good Commercial knowledge to join their team and help them with their growth plans and assistant with their new developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is looking for exposure for the Residential housebuilders to progress their career within a growing residential developer to a Quantity Surveying role and contribute to the company's success and growth.

In this role your duties will include but not be subject to assisting the Commercial department with duties such as helping the Quantity Surveyors prepare tender enquires, Estimates, Cost plan and bill of quantities, you will also be conducting site visits.

The ideal candidate will have previous Commercial experience or a Commercial degree such as Quantity Surveying looking to gain hands on residential experience and move there way up through the company.
