CNC Machinist (Programming Training Available)

Workshop Based in Chard, Commutable from Ilminster, Axminster, Crewkerne, Yeovil, Taunton and surrounding areas.

£26,000 - £33,000 (OTE: 30,000 - £37,000) + Specialist Training + Long Term Progression + Optional Overtime + Bonus + Pay Reviews + Holidays + 4 or 5 day weeks

Are you a CNC Programmer, or a CNC Machinist that wants to receive specialist training to develop themselves as a technical expert and have the opportunity to progress into leadership positions within a market leading manufacturer who heavily invest into their employees?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a CNC Machinist to receive full programming training to become the go-to programmer, as well as optional overtime paid at a premium and a yearly bonus to enhance your earnings.

This well-established company are leading manufacturers of bespoke equipment supplied to a variety of thriving industries, such as aerospace and defence, rail, marine and everything in-between. This company will heavily invest into their employee's through internal and external training courses to develop employee's experience and skillset to maintain their high working standards. They have over 50 CNC machines, primarily operating on Mazak, Doosan and star.

This exciting opportunity would suit a CNC Programmer, or a CNC Machinist that has knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol, and wants specialist programming training to develop technical expertise and be recognised as a highly skilled individual.

The Role:

*CNC Machinist

*Setting/Operating CNC turning and milling machinery, and programming Fanuc or Mazatrol.

*Choose between a 4 day or 5 day working week (39 Hour Contract)

*Accredited training course available to upskill candidates who have little/no programming experience

The Person:

*CNC Setter / Operator or Programmer

*Turning / Milling experience

*Wants plenty of training and career progression.

*Commutable from Chard, Ilminster, Axminster, Crewkerne, Yeovil, Taunton and surrounding areas.
