Job Description Essential Duties/Responsibilities:The MS D365 Technical Consultant develops & enhances business & technical capabilities & requirements using the Microsoft D365 platformEffectively manages own time, quality, and delivery through a D365 Customer Engagement implementation, twinned with a legacy AX 2012 migration to D365 F&OApply knowledge to develop in and around the D365 CRM solution as well as govern over an end-to-end solution designWorks closely with the D365 ERP & CRM functional consultants to ensure a quality product and well-integrated solutionMust apply advanced analysis skills and experience in principles of the D365 Solution to provide detailed reliable solutions and estimates for service implementationsAnalyzes, documents, developers, and tests program development, logic, process flows, and specificationsProvides technical support & bug fixes for software testingDocuments user manuals to describe application installation and operating proceduresResponsible for adhering to delivery methodology and project lifecyclesStrong knowledge of waterfall, iterative, and agile project planning and managementResponsible for managing onshore and offshore tactical and project teams made up of both technical and functional resourcesIdentifies solution gaps and develops solution optionsRecognizes any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elementsDesigns the end-to-end technical architecture and solution designProvides technical oversight at various points throughout the program life-cycle including experience in multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource programsPossesses strong written and verbal communication and attention to detailPossesses strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and follow-up skillsOversee the technical delivery process to ensure technical designs have been interpreted accordingly and that requirements have been met with no gapsAdhere to PCI, NACHA, SOX, and ITCG Compliance and Controls Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience working with Enterprise-class CRM & ERPs systems in a development or system administrator roleStrong knowledge & hands-on experience in developing and configuring the Microsoft D365 platform - either D365 F&O or D365 CEPractical experience with other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, MS SQL, Power BI, Silverlight, SharePoint, Active Directory, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, BizTalk, etc.)Practical experience with unit testingPractical experience with web JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular JS, TypeScript)Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS)Experience in Cloud and on-premise hosted solutions stacksExperience in Azure DevOpsBenefits An extensive benefits package with life, dental, vision, and disability insurancePaid vacation, holiday, and sick daysCompetitive Salary and 401kOpportunity to work at a company with an excellent cultureRemote work, anywhere in the United States
