Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a new Site Environmental Engineer. This role will report directly into the Managing Director.

Job Description

- Responsible for site maintenance and compliance of Environmental Regulations and liaison with associated governing bodies: E.A, Fire Service, SKDC and Gas & Electricity Providers.

- Host visits / audits / inspections.

- Liaise with insurance providers.

- Maintain site security - CCTV, Intruder alarms, Monitoring contracts and maintenance visits.

- Out of hours contact for fire and security.

- Liaise with EA, compile quarterly waste returns. Coordinate / arrange for waste collections together with associated waste transfer and consignment documentation.

- Liaise with the local council.

- Liaise with stakeholders / interested parties over environmental issues e.g., noise, odours, drainage.

- Maintain site fire plan.

- COTC Holder - Certificate of Technical Competence (WAMITAB)

- Produce site plans using CAD.

- Manage site civil projects.

- Management of buildings and site general maintenance.

Knowledge of
