Job Description

Role & Responsibilities The position requires an engineer with strong Java skills and some SRE experience.Must have strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze log files to troubleshoot application issues.The candidate should have a good understanding of common developer tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git and Jenkins with a clear understanding of how to apply them to DevOps processes.The candidate must be comfortable working in a Unix/Linux environment with experience in scripting automation.Must have good communication skills as the candidate will be required to liaise with and support developers, gather requirements, document support and user guides and assist with on-boarding to engineered solutions.

Skills & Qualifications Experience with Java, Confluence, Linux (Red Hat)Understanding of programming best practicesShell Programming/scriptingWeb based development (HTML, Javascript, JSP, Servlets, Springboot)Git, Jenkins
