An Exciting opportunity for a Construction Buyer with Residential experience to join an Small Residential developer who pride themselves on building quality homes and developments.

Are you a Buyer with a Construction background looking for your next challenge? Are you looking to work for a well-established company who have a reputation for building quality and bespoke houses and developments?

This reputable housebuilder specialises in new build developments. Their current developments sizes range from 4 to 50 across 7 developments. They pride themselves on their builds and ensure that each developments layout and design is unique to the local character of each location. They are currently going through a growth period and intend to increase their number of units to 100 per year. They have a pipeline of another 12 developments coming up to help them complete this.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Buying for Construction Companies with good building material knowledge and current rates.

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be , you will be managing the procurement of the materials for a number of sites in the area. You duties will include but not be subject to creating bulk call offs, calling off materials from suppliers, regular site visits and ensuring the best competitive rates are obtained on budget and to time scale.
