Service Delivery Manager (Service Desk) CONTRACT6 monthsLondon OR Birmingham based 2 days a week, 3 days Remote. £450-650pd OUTSIDE IR35ASAP startsAn MSP client of mine of mine is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager/Director to join them on a 6 month contract. The role will be managing a team of 50+ 1st and 2nd line engineers, interacting with external customers. Skills and Experience:Service desk managementITIL certified (V3 OR V4) KPI and SLA managementTechnical backgroundMSP experienceManagement of teams 30+, including 24/7 service desk teams.
