Are you an experienced Web Automation Engineer? Join testing and delivery team for an exciting role writing and implementing an automated testing frameworkThe RoleAs Web Automation Engineer you will be hands-on, writing the framework from scratch, with lots of opportunity to try out new technologies and determine the direction of web automation frameworks. You'll work with other mobile automation engineers and the delivery team. Responsibilities will include:developing sustainable / maintainable UI automation framework.building tools to support automated releases on the company site / other web productsunderstand user needs and ensure user stories contain effective, actionable acceptance criteriaorganise / monitor all phases of test automation across the webensure quality / high standard of product and softwareThis role can be performed remotely in the UK, although the option to come to South West offices a few times a week is available. You will need the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.The CompanyOur client is a digital sports media business, and a leading creator of digital sports videos.The PersonAs Web Automation Engineer you will have experience in web automation testing or coding. You will also have knowledge / experience of:web automation frameworksrunning automation on docker containersJavascript programming languageworking with CI / CD platforms.performing root causes analysis on build and test automation logsThis role can be performed remotely in the UK, although the option to come to South West offices a few times a week is available.
