Excellent opportunity for a Cost Consultant to join a leading Master Developer, Project Development and Civil Infrastructure Consultancy where you will work on a range of interesting projects whilst having excellent opportunities to progress your career.

Do you have experience in the Civil Engineering sector? Are you a Quantity Surveyor or other cost professional with previous experience working with infrastructure projects? This well-established consultancy work on a range of construction and development projects for a wide array of sectors including; Residential developments, Commercial spaces, and Retail projects. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Cost Consultant to join the team.

In this role you will be cost planning, managing procurement and overseeing expert determination. You will be an essential part in the planning and execution of large scale projects by ensuring that developments are equipped with everything they need in line with the project budget. Regardless of how senior you are in your career this consultancy will always provide you with great responsibility, opportunity and support in order to achieve what as much as you can.

The Role:Based in either Bristol or BirminghamWorking on a variety of large scale developmentsDealing with cost, procurement and quantities for large scale infrastructure works
