• The change manager will work on the implementation and the deployement of a bid project aroud Switzerland
• He/She knows the change management best practices/consulting methods and the digital transformation
• Understand the impact on the stakeholders in the organization
• Drive effective end-user and business communications
• Organize and drive training strategy on the change
• Responsible for tracking successful training and adoptions
• Language : English mandatory and French is a must have

Qualifications and Experiences :

• 5 years of experience in SFMC
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Change Management
• Agile Methodology
• Experinece in implementation and deployement of SF or MC
