Who we are looking for: ONCAMPUS provides high quality pathway programmes to prepare international students for undergraduate and postgraduate study at the world's leading universities. We are looking for a Business System Support Manager to support ONCAMPUS Business (Admissions/Compliance/Sales/Marketing/AgentSupport) through ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role is focussed on 3 key areas: System support to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business System development and enhancement, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and processes streamlining Data analysis and reporting to assist informed strategic decisions Key Responsibilities: Lead in resolving process and functional issues for Business users First line support for Business users for troubleshooting of system issues Business analyst of Microsoft Dynamics 365 system to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Identifying and scoping business needs for all CEG departments for system enhancement and further development Successful rollout of Connect system enhancements and business process support for business users during and after launch Liaison between the business functions and CEG IT and various system administrators and vendors Continuous process knowledge upgrade through identifying gaps and continuous system training delivery Project work focussed on integrating other systems and AI into the daily running of the business to drive operational efficiencies Business Process and Data Ensure Connect data is accurate, kept up-to-date and consistent across all integrated systems (Connect, Product Catalogue, EBS) Lead on D365 business workflows support Assist CEG IT and Business Data Administrator in annual curriculum rollover Lead on Xpertdoc Smart Flows document management templates and workflows within D365; and maintain development flow cycle in line with standard D365 promotional practices Why will you love working here?
