My client is looking for a CRM Executive to join their digital fundraising team. As CRM exec you will be responsible for driving the direction of salesforce marketing cloud and maximise the use of the platform. This is a great opportunity to collaborate within an environment building on foundations and to work with external salesforce partners. Responsibilities: Development of a roadmap for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developing and documenting shared processes and ways of working Knowledge sharing through the internal promotion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing opportunities and best practice
