Yorkshire - commutable from: York, Northallerton, Ripon, Thirsk, Malton, Bedale, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Harrogate & surrounding areas.

£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus, Company Car, Holiday, Pension

Excellent opportunity for a Laboratory Manager to join an industry leading company in a senior role where you will lead a world class Laboratory and manage 8 Lab Technicians.

On offer is an autonomous role with a leading company that design & manufacture all their own products from their premises in Yorkshire.

This company specialise in the design & manufacture of materials that are used within the construction industry throughout the UK. They pride themselves on great internal progression and you would be joining a cohesive leadership team and working closely with the Directors of the company in order to help the company achieve it's ambitious growth plans to become the market leader.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Laboratory, whilst managing 8 - 10 Lab Technicians. Your focus will be on new product development projects, raw materials alternatives whilst being given support from the R&D and Director team.

This is a great opportunity for a Laboratory Manager to join a secure, growing business in a key role working within a high performing management team for a company that is going through a period of growth and have recently invested heavily in a new Warehouse and improving their Lab.

The Role:Leading test programs in line with BS, EN, ETAG test methodsWorking on new product development projects, raw material alternativesManaging the Lab and 8 - 10 Lab Technicians

The Person:Previous experience working as a Laboratory ManagerWanting to join a market leading where you will closely with the Directors to help the company achieve it's goals & objectivesBuilding Chemistry experience is advantageous, not essential
