Ideally you will have commercial experience with one of the languages, if not you can expect learn all three languages within this position.This wealth management firm have a small collaborative software development team who will help you perfect your craft as a developer. Within this culture, you will be able to progress much faster then in a large corporate, there is a less red tape and you will be given more attention by your manager who's the Head of IT.If you have a particular passion within the software development field, this business will pay for you to up skill in this area through whatever avenue you see fit. This could be through specific training course, certification or online course, which ever avenue you choose this business will cover the cost.Initially you will be integral in rearchitecting one of this businesses product, exposing yourself to multiple backend languages in your first 6 months.
