We're looking for user-centred design professionals to join our highly driven and collaborative agile delivery teams. We are working on search and navigation, data, platforms and service reliability, using cutting-edge technologies.

As a lead performance analyst, you will provide leadership and support to the performance analysis team across a number of workstreams. For example,
   •   supporting the Product teams to evaluate and iteratively improve the development of new data products;
   •   working closely with the data visualization team to evaluate the performance of interactive content;
   •   embedding BAU evaluation activities within the content and publishing team, supporting content design activities, search engine optimization and social media analysis;
   •   working closely with developers to implement technical data collections solutions.

You will provide leadership on the analytics strategy and you will be responsible for the measurement & evaluation activities for the division. You will develop performance measurement frameworks - KPIs, goals, user needs, impact - to evaluate the performance of content or products and monitor the impact of improvements.

The performance analyst team works alongside user researchers, UX designers, product owners, developers and content designers, and will use data analysis to provide insights that will influence their work. The team culture is based around agile working and keeping our users at the centre of our thinking.

A lead performance analyst manages more junior performance analysts at any level, coordinating teams or groups of related analysts.
