One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Service Transition Lead / Manager.

Location - fully remote

Duration - 6 months

Day rate - £500 - 600 per day Inside IR35

My client has already completed the service design work and now looking for a Service Transition Lead / Manager to work with the project team and transition service. Project is a large network provider change.

Experience:

* Service Transition

* ITIL processes

* Ideal background will be from a service role - so perhaps service desk and then moved into service transition and management

* Change / Release / BAU operations

* Service desk processes / defining processes / able to work out how things are going to work

* Stakeholder management
