Job Title: PMO Analyst - Resource Management
Location: Durrington West Sussex
Flexible for hybrid working, minimum of 2 days office based.
Contract: Perm
Hours: 37 hours
Salary: From £43,560 (depending on experience)

Overview of your role: This is a new and super unique role which will focus on end to end Resource Capacity and Demand management. You will be joining us at the start of our exciting journey of IT transformation and will get the chance to make a real difference and will add value on how we manage our resource requirements going forward in a robust and consistent way, which will minimise risk, help meet our regulatory requirements and improve our environmental performance.

Your role and responsibilities will include: Capture and manage resource demand through the delivery lifecycle processes, from idea through to closure. Tracking and reporting capacity and demand and assignment for the portfolio, identifying options where shortfalls or conflicts arise Maintain information and data integrity for joiners, leavers, BAU and pipeline within Enterprise 1 Support project, programme and portfolio level reporting, including analytics to identify issues, trends, gaps and improvements required. Track and report resource risks, issues, changes and dependencies at a project, programme and portfolio level. About you:

Coming from a strong PMO Analyst background, you will have an analytical mind, have a full understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle and have specialist resource/supply versus demand management experience. Excellent influencing, negotiating and stakeholder management skills is essential, as is passion for change management and the ability to work well under pressure. Power BI and Enterprise 1 (or other PPM tool/s) experience is vital.
