CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is based in the West Midlands, and they cater to some of the biggest global corporates, with an emphasis on society and environmental protection whilst also yielding results from some of the best regional real estate opportunities in the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects whilst having full control of project documentation, and using this to put together relevant business strategies.

Additionally, you will be able to liaise with other departments and professionals, and demonstrate the ability to lead pitches and presentations,

You will also be required to incorporate inputs from having liaised with partnering teams, and utilize strategies when assisting in the delivery of the respective project. In doing so, you will build strong work relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders alike.
