Are you a Junior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next opportunity with an exciting consultancy based in London?

My client are a market leading, highly respected construction & property consultancy in their field who offer specialist services to their clients across the South East.

Due to a number of new project wins they are looking to recruit for a number of Junior Quantity Surveyors to work within and help develop the business.

This is a role where you will be responsible with assisting the delivery of cost management duties. You will be reporting into a Senior Manager or Director working on high value and complex projects providing technical knowledge to the client. There is a split between site and office work all site in London or South East.

The Consultancy can offer progression through to chartership and opportunities in other sectors, they have secured a large number of contracts with more work in the pipeline.

The Role:

*Office Based Position in London

*Junior Quantity Surveyor: Build Rapport with clients, attending site meetings with senior members of staff, assisting with undertaking valuations, provide cost monitoring, forecasting and prepare reports, estimates and paying final accounts

*£23,000 - £27,000 per annum + Benefits

The Person

*Knowledge of the construction industry

*Competent on CAD Measure

*Previous placement experience
