You will not be writing stories or managing the teams' backlog but you will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the right direction and processes are in place to achieve the desired outcomes, in line with Strategy and Objectives and Key Results

Enable cross team collaboration

Input into delivery and team strategy to support the growth of the business

Play an active part in our community of "TIDE Agilists", sharing your skills knowledge and expertise

What will you bring?

As an inspirational leader with a strong agile mindset, you will foster innovation and collaboration to drive a determined journey towards business objectives. You will appreciate and understand that as a business and a team, we cannot stand still and have your "finger on the pulse" in terms of new processes and technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry.

You will have passion for change and people and support the teams in becoming the best versions of themselves
