Hybrid work - Office, Home and Site based (Birmingham and surrounding areas)

£25,000 - £32,000 + Van + Training + Progression + Bonus Scheme + Overtime (Project Dependent)

With multiple sites, this company have been growing for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. They have just acquired a range of new contracts and these projects will significantly grow their client base across a range of sectors. As such, my client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who can assist them in the fulfilment of their goals as a company.

In this role you will be given the freedom of working on site, in the office and from home. The role will involve: liaising with clients, householders, agents, on-site contractors etc. You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager oversee all aspects of health and safety, client meetings, liaising with suppliers, training sub-contractors and leading general project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience Project Managing within the construction sector. However, given the nature of the industry, the company will provide necessary training for the successful candidate.

The role:

*Oversee projects, sub-contractors and suppliers

*Cover sites around the Birmingham area

*Liaise with clients and conduct reports

The person:

*Looking for an Assistant Project Manager position with the opportunity to progress within a growing business

*Background in Construction, Building Services, Facilities, Property Services, Heating and Plumbing, Electrics, Pipe Work, or similar

*Required Qualifications - Full UK driving license // CSCS // SSSTS or SMSTS // DBS
