Data/Business Analyst - Stockholm - Modern FinTech company

My client is a marketplace for consumer and business loans, secured loans, credit cards and mortgages. They provide digital services to ensure these loan applications can be fully online, giving their end customers a complete overview of their alternatives, and allowing them to choose the best suitable option.You will not be a typical Data Analyst who builds reports, but rather a more proactive Business Developer who works with data but has the skills to drive ideas forward across the business. You will have a passion for working with data, but also have strong communication skills as you will be connecting with lots of stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Answering business questions by immersing yourself in large amounts of dataExplain the data to other parts of the business and stakeholders, after visualising it using different toolsCollaborate with colleagues in areas such as Machine Learning, BI, Marketing, Product and Partnership, CRM and Customer ServiceBe a part of projects that work cross-functionally with major strategic changes and initiativesDevelop actionable insights and create business valueRequirements:Previous experience with predictive modeling, visualisation and business impactPreviously having communicated with different stakeholders in different areas of a businessExcel/PowerPointThe company itself is big financially, but only about 30 colleagues in Sweden who generate all of the business and work with the data, as it's so digital.
