Dynamics 365 Configuration Analyst A large union organisation is looking to add a dynamics CRM Configuration Analyst resource to their team. Ideally someone who can perform all business analytic tasks satisfactorily and proficiency gathering business requirements and building assessments.The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible to perform lead initiatives, creating plans, testing and proposing various solutions to ameliorate business processes throughout the organisation. Responsibilities include but not limited to Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify and build business requirements Analyse and lead implementations related to ERP Systems Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate business solutions, designs, and processes into developmentAssess various business processes to identify adequate test cases and perform regression testing Be the cross-functional expert between the technical and functional Team Qualifications2+ years of experience with dynamics CRM 2+ years of relevant business analysis experience Ability to perform business report using tools such as SSRS, SSIS etc Excellent communications and client facing skillsStrong ability to plan and take initiatives Proficient in Microsoft word, power point and excel is required Benefitsremote flexibility with some travelling 401k 45 days of PTOHealth/Dental/vision InsuranceHSAPensionlegal servicesTransit checkHealth AccountPaid Holidays etc..
