- Experience of managing stakeholder expectations, setting direction and navigating difficult discussions within the team or with diverse senior stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively in a dynamic agile environment with user researchers, designers, developers and business analysts to understand and meet user needs

- Experience in working on online transactional services
- Experience of using a variety of prototyping methods, choosing the most appropriate one and testing with others

Experience of government digital service standards and service manuals would be beneficial to your application. Experience of regulatory and legislative issues around service design, including accessibility and GDPR, would also be desirable. Experience of using the gov.uk prototype kit would also be advantageous.

The closing date for applications is the 30 March 2022.

We reserve the right to change the closing date depending on the number of responses received. Please submit your application as soon as possible to ensure it is considered in the selection process.
